LYMBR is a wellness company, expanding the boundaries of health and wellness through the personalized stretch and mindfulness solutions. Our proprietary stretching technique, Progressive Dynamic Stretching (PDS), is the key to the LYMBR method. Our technique uses continual movement, allowing us to focus on individual muscles as well as the muscular and myofascial connection across the body.
The LYMBR method works to lengthen the muscles, increasing blood flow and space within the joints, which leads to greater flexibility and decreased tension in the body. Clients feel the positive effects of their sessions immediately – they report feeling taller, more grounded, more relaxed and able to move with ease.
