Sweet!  This 32 fl oz jar of raw honey was locally harvested.  It was bottled on Sunday 04/17/2022. The quart jar filled with honey weighs 3lb total. The honey from the first press and the second has been tested with a moisture meter, and the water content is at 18% which is ideal. The honey's dark rich coloring is from being in the comb for a long time.
