In 2022, the U.S. Open returns to The Country Club in Brookline, MA for the first time in 34 years. The 122nd edition of the U.S. Open will be the 17th Championship conducted at one of the USGA's five founding clubs. Interestingly, all three previous U.S. Opens staged there have ended in playoffs.
