Homestate’s flour tortillas are excellent, and when filled with simple, high-quality ingredients (bacon, potato, cheese, egg, beans, and shredded brisket, if you’re feeling extra Texas), you have a truly ideal breakfast food that tastes just as good on your way into work as it does hungover at 2pm on a Saturday. Whether or not you’ve actually been to Texas, you’ll probably also want to order the queso. Get it “loaded,” which will add on chili, guacamole, pico de gallo, and sour cream.
