Adults - enjoy a 2 night stay at "The Lautner". Famed American Architect John Lautner built 4 incredible residences in 1947, reintroduced to the world in 2012 as "The Lautner" after an extensive 5 year renovation. "The Lautner" is a hybrid between upscale vacation rental property and boutique hotel. Lautner was a protege of Frank Lloyd Wright and guests travel from around the world for a chance to sleep in a John Lautner residence. We are the only Lautner residence open to the booking public so this is a chance of a lifetime for any architecture aficionado. Only a 15 minute driveway to downtown Palm Springs and only a 2 hour drive from Los Angeles.

Max of 2 Adults 25+ or older. 1 PET 25 LBS or less with prior approval and a $50 Premium not included in donation. No children. No additional occupants. No events. No visitors. Closed from June 16th to September 16th. The Lautner is operated as a self catering vacation rental property. Gift certificate must by used within 1 year of purchase. Expires May 2023.
Gift Certificates will be emailed to the winning bidder after the close of the Auction. Gift Certificates can be mailed to the winning bidder when necessary. Items should be received no later than May 15, 2022. The Waverly School and/or donors are not responsible for shipping fees.
Physical items can be picked up at The Waverly School Elementary Campus, 67 W. Bellevue, Pasadena, from May 14-18, 2022 between 8:30am-10:30am. After May 18th, items will be mailed to the winning bidder at an additional cost for shipping. The Waverly School and/or donors are not responsible for shipping fees.
