Seat 4 (out of 4) in a one-hour virtual author kaffeeklatsch via Zoom with Carlos Hernandez, the author of Sal and Gabi Break the Universe, for which he won a Pura Belpré Author Award from the American Library Association. Hernandez is also the author of Sal and Gabi Fix the Universe, and The Assimilated Cuban's Guide to Quantum Santeria, along with numerous stories and poems, mostly in the speculative mode. He is an English professor at City University of New York, and he loves to both play games and design them.
