• Patrons ages 5-11 must provide proof of at least one of the following:
o One dose of a COVID-19 vaccine at least 14 days before the performance date, Or
o One dose of a COVID-19 vaccine within 14 days of the performance date AND one
of the following:
▪ A negative antigen COVID-19 test taken within 6 hours of the performance
start time, Or
▪ A negative PCR COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of the performance
start time.
