Dinner for 4 at Birdie G's

Tucked away within Santa Monica’s historic Bergamot Station, we’re helmed by award-winning chef Jeremy Fox (LILA Dad and also the chef/owner at Rustic Canyon) and Chef de Cuisine Matthew Schaler. As a member of the Rustic Canyon Family, a collection of celebrated, neighborhood dining destinations, Birdie G’s is a partnership with Jeremy and co-owners Josh Loeb, Zoe Nathan and Colby Goff.

The comforting, seasonal menu pulls influences from various regions across the United States and Eastern Europe. Everything from the food to the cocktails to the wine list has a story and pays homage to loved ones (friends, family, farmers!) who inspire the team. They make nearly everything in house, and always with great, local ingredients.

Gather on our sprawling, outdoor patio or in our airy dining room over a variety of wood-grilled California meats and fish, handmade pastas, playful salads and veggie dishes featuring the most beautiful peak-season produce. Deanie Hickox, Jeremy’s friend and ex-wife, is our rockstar consulting pastry chef, so don’t forget to leave room for a slice of “World-Famous” Rose Petal Pie!
