The Concord Museum in historic Concord, Massachusetts houses one of the oldest and most treasured collections of Americana in the country. Come visit the gateway to Concord’s remarkable revolutionary and literary history.


The Concord Museum is home to an inspiring collection of historical, literary, and decorative arts treasures, including one of the famous Paul Revere lanterns, personal objects of America's most well-known writers and thinkers, Henry David Thoreau and Rallph Waldo Emerson, objects from the American Revolution, and more.  


The museum also has exciting, educational, and inspiring programs and events throughout the year for all ages, as well as school programs that teach students from across the state and beyond about Concord's place in the history of the American Revolution, early American culture, and the lives and times of Concord authors.
