"Not your typical yoga studio" - we offer Hatha (all levels, including beginners), Yin, Restorative, Somatics, Meditation, Passion Flow, Rise & Reflect, PLUS Zumba.

We are happy to announce our soft opening where we will offer a combination of both LIVE in studio yoga and ONLINE.  In order to observe current social distancing protocols, sadly, we will not be offering LOUNGE service at this time but our boutique will be open for you to browse and purchase our yoga and leisure wear.

We opened in 2010 and after many glorious years, we're growing stronger and bigger every day because we also have THE BEST instructors in the GTA. Before Covid we were open 7 days a week with almost FIFTY classes to choose from. We also offered the option of wine after class, or just relaxing in the lounge as a definite bonus.  We believe that people are freer to be their most authentic selves when balancing wellness with some of life's more enjoyable indulgences.

Our unique combination of Yoga & Wine - although never wine before yoga - is our wink and nod to the yin and yang of life; to the well and the wicked; to the beauty and authenticity of imperfection that is, in fact, perfect.  Our vision is to be recognized as a joyful gathering place that nurtures self-acceptance and balance.

We created this beautiful space filled with unique energy for you. A place that is revitalizing, inviting, peaceful, inclusive, and welcoming.
