This is NOT therapy in any way, shape or form. Rather than go back and "deal with" problems originating in the past, the focus is on what you'd like things to be like in the future. As the client you will say very little - I work directly with your Higher Self and your Subconscious Mind with little to no input from your conscious mind.  Your only job is to sit there and just BE.
