The winning bidder is required to fill out a form and return it to the ticket office before their visit. Mad River Glen is unable to provide tickets on the day of your arrival. 

The recipient of the pass must provide a 1-week turnaround from when MRG receives the from until they can get their pass. Bidder MUST know that they cannot show up at the ticket window and expect MRG to be able to help them on the spot.
