Fossil Creek Whiskey is made grain-to-bottle in our Tempe distillery using Corn, Wheat, Malted Barley, and Rye grains. A gentle rest in charred American white oak produces its warm amber color naturally. The result is a full-bodied whiskey - bold yet smooth, with notes of vanilla, caramel, and smoke. 2018 San Francisco International Spirits Competition award winner.
