Gates open at 5:00PM so you can stroll along the boardwalk and enjoy our western boutique shopping, visit the museum, immortalize your memories in the old tyme photo shop, and belly up to the bar at the Copper Spur Saloon. Hop on our 1940's tractor ride for a quick tour of the property and a taste of the ranch's colorful history, then go toss some horseshoes, get yourself some ropin' lessons, try your hand at the axe throwing or hop on the mechanical bull. At 6:30PM, head into the barn to enjoy the best chicken and ribs in Arizona, along with flyin' biscuits and the Blazin' M's special prickly pear coleslaw. Around 7:30PM, after you finish off your dining experience with delicious dessert of apple crisp a la mode, the Blazin' M Ramblers take the stage to delight and entertain with musical harmonies, cowboy humor, and tall tales that could only come out of the wild western frontier. Hang around after the show to meet the band, do some last-minute souvenir shopping, and enjoy a little cowboy camaraderie.
