NEIMAN MARCUS FIRST EDITION JAZZ Series - Two 4-LP box sets - The two 4-LP box sets of rare RCA jazz recordings in one package. Issued in the late 70s as special items from the yearly Neiman-Marcus Christmas catalogs, only available from them. Many rare and unissued selections are included, with lengthy notes on the record sleeves.

Each edition has a fuzzy fabric cover and the four sleeved LPs in a slipcase. All the sets show light use, with some marks and shelf wear on the outer box and minor creases on several inner sleeves. All records are in excellent condition. Artists include Metronome All-Stars, Lionel Hampton, Benny Goodman, Duke Ellington, Lennie Tristano, Cootie Williams, Paul Desmond, and many more. The two boxed sets are the Second and Fourth Series.
