You and up to 7 other family and friends can enjoy a 3-night, mid-week stay in a 2,700 sq.ft. home located on 2 acres of wooded land, perfect for a private and peaceful getaway experience in New Paltz, NY.

Enjoy gorgeous forest and mountain views of the base of the Shawangunk Ridge through huge windows in the 4 seasons sunroom. If you’re an outdoor adventurer, the house is just a minutes away from hiking and climbing areas, including: The Gunks, one of the premier rock-climbing areas in the country, Mohonk Preserve, Lake Minnewaska, New Paltz and Gardiner villages,  and the famous Wallkill Valley Rail Trail for hiking, biking, and horseback riding.

The house is also less than 15 minutes to wineries, breweries, and cider houses, apple/strawberry picking, and critically acclaimed farm-to-table dining. 

RESTRICTIONS: 

• Due to its location, the property and neighborhood are extremely quiet. We kindly ask that you respect this quiet and serene environment. You are welcome to enjoy a quiet dinner gathering with a group of friends or family. However, no parties, no amplified music, no events of any kind are allowed on the property. 


• Must be a mid-week stay, no weekends.


• Must book between July 10 and December 15, 2022. Dates based on availability, blackout dates apply.
