At Metta Yoga, experienced and diverse teachers curate a physically vigorous asana flow paired with spirituality and mental grounding. Founders Amy and Rachael created Metta Yoga to bring a boutique, community-focused yoga studio to Marin that is edgy and fun, yet still deeply rooted in yogic tradition.

In the spirit of metta, or "loving kindness", we created a beautiful space for our community to come together and explore the practice of yoga – both on and off the mat. We hope that Metta Yoga inspires you to live vibrantly, compassionately and joyfully. 

• The certificate is for one month of unlimited yoga classes at Metta Yoga studio, valid at both the Corte Madera and downtown San Rafael locations and for all LiveStream yoga classes.
