All reservations are subject to a required supplement of $255 per person/per night which provides all dining, all beverages (including alcohol), plus your choice of one daily activity per person (not day of arrival/departure). Government tax/service is additional. Guests choosing to upgrade to a Waterfront Villa category may do so for $175 per room per night + tax. Air transportation is not included. Resort black-out dates do not apply, however, additional peak season surcharge of $75 per person, per night applies December 21-January 3 and February 1-24. Reservations are subject to availability and some restrictions apply. Expiration date is a "Book By" date not "Travel By" date. Rates are subject to annual increase and the resort cancellation policies in effect at the time of the reservation.

Please note that this a fundraising event and there are no refunds. All auction items are non-transferable and valid only for personal use by auction winner. Re-sale of items is prohibited and subject to forfeiture.
Your credit card will be processed within 48 hours of the close of the auction. Please make sure in advance that your credit card information on file with Bidding for Good is accurate and up to date.
The Arc Rockland reserves the right to reassign your item to the next highest bidder if payment is not made or your item is not picked up within Two (2) weeks of the close of the auction.
For all items not picked up at the event there will be a charge added for shipping to winning bidder's total.
