ALL BIDS ARE FINAL - CERTIFICATE EXPIRES 9/12/23 and is based on availability. A $100 refundable deposit is required at time of check-in.

Please note that this a fundraising event and there are no refunds. All auction items are non-transferable and valid only for personal use by auction winner. Re-sale of items is prohibited and subject to forfeiture.

The Arc Rockland reserves the right to reassign your item to the next highest bidder if payment is not made or your item is not picked up within Two (2) weeks of the close of the auction.
For all items not picked up at the event there will be a charge added for shipping to winning bidder's total.
