The winner will receive a certificate for an in-office Botox treatment consisting of 20 units with Dr. Anna Rothstein at The Eye Care Center, Canandaigua. 

Botox can improves and softens, frown lines between the brows, crow's feet lines around the sides of the eyes or forehead lines.

Botox is administered in the office with no down time after treatment.
