Soak up the fun activities and local sites! Each of the Mayan ruin sites of Tulum (1 hour), Cobá (1.5 hours), Chichén Itzá (2 hours), and Ek Balam (1.5 hours) can be easily viewed on a day trip.

The office of our on-site property manager is located in the Puerto Morelos town square. They are available to provide hotel-style concierge services. There is a 24-hour emergency phone line.

Winner must be at least 26 years of age. Blackout dates for 2022 and 2023 are: 11/19/22 through 12/10/22; and 1/7/23 through 3/3/23. Winner will schedule their week’s stay for mutually agreed upon dates with the donor and owner, Cynthia.

About Puerto Morelos and "La Casita"
Puerto Morelos is a tranquil fishing village just 20 minutes south of the Cancun airport. It was the first town in the state of Quintana Roo to be designated a "Pueblo con Encanto." The Caribbean waters are calm here, as the world's second-largest barrier reef is located just 500 meters offshore.

La Casita is within "Las Tortugas," a nine-unit gated condominium complex, which is steps from the sea and a 5-minute walk to town via beach or road.

This 1400-square-foot, second-floor two-bedroom and two-bathroom condo is spacious and beachside. A large terrace overlooks the pedestrian access to the sea. Puerto Morelos' widest and whitest beach is just 60 feet from the back gate.

A fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, living room, and dining room are combined in an open floor plan, which separates the two bedroom/bathroom areas for maximum privacy. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed. It has a large en-suite bath. The guest bedroom, with its own en-suite bathroom, has two twin beds, which could be made up as a king if requested. Maximum occupancy is five guests.

There is an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as a Weber gas grill on the entryway terrace. The condo is equipped with a gas detector as well as a carbon monoxide and smoke detector. There is multi-zone air conditioning, and wi-fi throughout the condo and in the pool area.

Within a beautifully landscaped common area are a shared pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, picnic table, and a shade palapa. There is on-site parking.
