Bathroom and sleeping accommodations include:
- first floor, master bedroom with a king-sized bed and bathroom
- second floor, bedroom with two twin beds
- second floor, bedroom with two twin beds
- second floor, bedroom with two twin beds, plus an alcove with twin bed
- second floor, office with one twin bed
- second floor, three bathrooms

Dogs are OK as the backyard is fenced in.

Guest privileges will be arranged at the Bridgehampton Golf Club located a half mile away and at the Bridgehampton Beach Club on the Ocean, an 8-minute ride. Oceanview photo included is the view at the beach club. 

Arrive Thursday anytime and leave Monday anytime, valid from September 16, 2022 to October 30, 2023.
