This tree slab bowl was made using earthenware clay. The border is a medium blue glaze surrounded by a purple inside border.

The mountain scene and island were meticulously hand carved and glazed using a variety of techniques. 

Full Moon in the sky along with the clouds were added for detail.

The bottom is signed by the artist and finished off with black overglaze. 

Measures 8 1/2" by 6" and curves up 2" on side edges.
