Each session will include a 5 minute assessment and reassessment. Therapeutic massage uses multiple modalities to address reducing pain, stress management, and specific injuries or problems. 

"With over 1200 hours of education, it is my job to help make massage therapy become more recognized as medical. Using a combination of modalities and addressing the body as a whole, I help clients not only by calming the nervous system but also help facilitate healing which could lead to a faster recovery process."
