The Folk Art Bird #3 was created in 2010 when his carving style was moving from a traditional style to a folk art style. FAB-3 was whittled from Northern basswood. Traditional folk art designs were added using acrylic paints. Additionally, it was finished with mineral oil and sealed to protect the paint.
