Kitchenette has everything for a small meal or breakfast. There is a gas fireplace for a cozy night with your feet up. There is an outside area with fire barrel and chairs, great for summer and winter visits. The location is amazing, few blocks from the Britt and downtown Jacksonville. There is a local market right across the street. We have many great restaurants to suit any taste, from fine dining to lunch on the go. There is wine tasting in town and many many tasting rooms with in ten or fifteen minutes in every direction. This cottage is attached to front home, it is sound and privacy proof, but there is always the possibility of renting both for family and parent vacations.
