Dropgym is a safe space for you to break open and let go. A place to drop your baggage, take risks, confront your fears and do amazing things. We intentionally cultivate a come-as-you-are environment so you can experience the effect of connecting with your body.

You'll wake up to parts of yourself that you didn't know were sleeping. You’ll become more confident and more in touch with your heart. You’ll breathe better, move better, feel better, and finish each workout knowing you better.

Dropgym is the home of Camp17. We are an online/in-person fitness studio for women, located in Southern Oregon.
