Kelly S. Gast serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Head of Finance for the Crop Science division of Bayer and as a member of the Crop Science Executive Leadership Team and the Global Finance Leadership Team.
Kelly is an accomplished finance leader with global business experience. She joined Monsanto in 1995, and held diverse roles with increasing responsibility, serving as Assistant Controller, U.S. Strategic Accounts Lead, and finance lead for divisions including Crop Protection, U.S. Commercial, and R&D.
Gast is passionate about giving back to her community and lends her support to several organizations. Gast lives in St. Louis with her family.
