If you are interested in a home cooked Indian meal, especially from Southern India, this auction is for you! We, my husband (the real chef) and I will work with you at your home or ours to help cook the dish. This would include shopping for the ingredients, choosing the right pots & pans and simple tricks that would elevate the dish. Some winners from our household are sambar, rasam, yogurt, idli, dosa, chutney, potato puttu, vangi bath (spicy rice with eggplant) channa masala, chicken biriyani & chicken curry.
