A Chocolate Dessert Class taught by Chef Gale Gand for up to 12 people in your home. Chef Gand will demo chocolate desserts plus teach the history of chocolate, how it’s grown, harvested and made into bars.
Perfect for six (6) couples or a "Girls' Night" event!
Special Instructions
Location of class must be within 50 miles radius of Chicago, Illinois. Date must be mutually agreed upon. The class lasts two (2) hours, Chef Gale will provide ingredients, equipment and tastes. Winner will need to be able to provide an oven and cook top, plates, forks, and any beverage they want to consume.
