Todd Kefor holds a BFA from Mass College of Art & Design, an MEd from Fitchburg State College, and a doctorate from Northeastern University. He works from both direct observation and imagination. Todd teaches art at a public high school.

"Susans" is an alla prima study from life. The flowers, from the artist's garden, are depicted from overhead. The artist was drawn to the crisp, fledgling blooms rising against the starkness of the soil. The work was created during the early summer of 2022.
