Peter Campbell is a graduate of Vesper George School of Art, Boston, MA. His award-winning paintings have been exhibited in galleries throughout the east coast and his work is represented in many private collections across the US. He is a former and distinguished member of the AAM Board of Trustees.

"Sandy Point Lighthouse, Cape Cod" was featured during last year's Benefit Art Auction Salon evening. Campbell demonstrated his creative skills by working on this piece live in the AAM's main gallery. This iconic lighthouse is located on a six-mile-long peninsula on the north side of Cape Cod at the entrance to Barnstable Harbor. The structure was established in 1826 and the present tower was built in 1857. Over the years the lighthouse has withstood storms, ice and erosion. In 2007 the lighthouse underwent extensive repairs allowing the Sandy Point's beacon to beam forth again.
