Sue Butler holds a BS in Speech/English from Emerson College, and an Art Certificate from Bristol Community College. She recently exhibited in the Members' exhibit at the AAM where she won a juror's prize for the portrait of a woman. Sue's portraits communicate the personality and feelings of the subject with a simple narrative of line, color, and form. Sue was a speech therapist and hence, concentrated attention on her subject matter's face.
