Jean Thompson holds an M.Ed. in Integrating the Arts into the Curriculum. She pursues the creative process through monotype and watercolor. She has recently exhibited her work at the AAM, the Preservation Framer, and the Zullo Gallery. She is a member of the Monotype Guild of NE and the AAM.

"Early Morning Fog" is a monotype created with multiple layers of acrylic ink. It is part of a series of monotype prints inspired by the beauty of salt water marshes.
