Paula Stebbins Becker is a textile designer and artist living on the coast of RI. Throughout her career she has designed textiles and created artworks for the residential, hospitality and contract textile industry while also sustaining a personal art practice. She is inspired by people, nature and our relationship with the environment and human experiences.

"Pollinate" is from a series of pastel rubbings that begin with a handmade template using thread and found objects. It is inspired by the artist's garden and the bees and butterflies that pollinate our food and are extremely important to our environment and life on earth.
