Come fish with Captain Gregg Holland and enjoy a fun day on San Francisco Bay.  Striped Bass, Halibut, Rockfish, and sharks are some of the saltwater fish Captain Gregg targets.  

Feather Dog Outfitters, based in Sonoma County, is an established hunting and fishing outfitter.  Gregg Holland grew up on a tidal marsh on the San Francisco Bay and got his first skiff at ten years old. He’s been hunting and fishing northern California for over forty years and is a licensed guide and holds a U.S. Coast Guard Master 25 ton Captain's license. 

From novices to experts, Captain Gregg’s local knowledge and skill assure his guests a safe and memorable experience.

You will be on the water for 5 hours.  Captain Gregg's bay trips typically start 3 hours before high tide and end 2 hours after high.  The main species targeted are Striped Bass and Halibut using 7 wt. to 10 wt rods with integrated shooting heads and custom flies.   

Feather Dog will provide fishing gear and flies.  You need to bring food and beverages, sunscreen, hat, polarized sunglasses, camera, NON-marking shoes, raingear, jacket, a California fishing license and personalized fishing tackle if preferred.
