Use our private studio guest house when you need a clean, convenient, local place for you or your visitors to stay. The studio has a queen bed, full-size futon, kitchenette (fridge, microwave, hotplate and keurig, but no stove), walk-in closet and bath. Maximum occupancy is three adults or a family of four. There are NO black out dates, but advanced reservation is required as it is regularly booked. No pets and no smoking, please. The cleaning fee is included in this listing.
