Intro to Climbing Technique I is a 1 hour and 45 minute class for ages 14 and up. The class provides fundamentals of climbing movement technique.  Novice climbers  will gain the tools to take their climbing to the next level. Classes run on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.  Offered here are two vouchers for a the class so you can take it with a companion, or gift one or both classes.

Metro Rock is a full service indoor rock climbing facility, featuring bouldering, top rope, and lead climbing, along with fitness and training facilities.  The gym is great for first timers, and for experienced climbers training to up their game.
