Artist Nancy Sherburne explains the process: "The glass design is first fused flat in the kiln to adhere the multiple layers of glass together and then fired a second time to slump the panel over a hexagonal mold so that it bends back on the sides to hide the bulb from view. The glass shade is mounted on a white plastic base that has a manual on/off switch."

Details: 5" High at highest point, including hardware. Approximately 3" Wide. Stands out from wall approximately 1 1/4".  Bulb is included.
