There’s been some changes since we opened in Scott’s Valley in 1973, but what hasn’t changed and never will is our commitment to our customers. Our pledge of a warm and inviting atmosphere, and quality food served fast with friendly service is practiced in our stores everyday.
Sandwiches are made with high-quality meats, savory cheeses, and fresh produce. Our slow-simmered and hand-crafted soups, made to order fresh salads, and wonderful bakery goods are made from scratch with my family’s recipes. Only the freshest ingredients are used.

Special Instructions
All orders are subject to a $1.00 shipping and handling fee. This fee will be automatically added to your total purchase when the auction closes. Gift certificates will be sent via USPS or e-mailed if applicable. If you win an item and would like it mailed, please email susie@tbwh.org by April 22, 2023 and we will do so at your expense. If you would like to pick up an item, please contact us by April 21st, otherwise we will ship your item.
Larger items can be picked up in Seaside, CA or shipped at the winning bidder's expense via USPS Mail. $15 for large envelopes, $32 for medium boxes, $44 for large boxes. Some items do not fit into these categories and you will be notified. We will try to use the smallest package size we can. We will insure packages when shipping; however, Teddy Bears with Heart is not responsible for items lost in the mail.
