Please note that all orders are subject to a $1.00 shipping and handling fee, which will be added to your total purchase automatically when the auction closes. Gift certificates will be sent either via USPS or e-mail, as applicable.

If you win an item and would like it mailed, please contact us by April 22, 2023 at susie@tbwh.org, and we will ship it to you at your expense. If you prefer to pick up your item, please let us know by April 21st. Otherwise, we will assume that you want us to ship it to you.

For larger items, you can either pick them up in Seaside, CA or have them shipped to you at your expense via USPS Mail. The shipping fee for large envelopes is $15, medium boxes is $32, and large boxes is $44. Please note that some items may not fit into these categories, and we will inform you accordingly. We always try to use the smallest package size possible, and we will insure your package when shipping it. However, please be aware that Teddy Bears with Heart is not responsible for items lost in the mail.
