Gets Along With:  It is likely she will get along well with other cats, dogs, and kids. She will need a proper integration period, but don't worry - we're happy to help with tips and tricks!

Special adoption considerations:  Diagnosed with a Grade 5 out of 6 heart murmur,Maple was a hero for her kittens and was able to nurse them until they were old enough to be adopted. Now that they have found their own homes, she is on medication to help keep her healthy. Maple is looking for an adopter who is willing to keep her on her meds and follow up with a cardiologist as needed.  She is truly a special girl!

Maple was surrendered to shelter pregnant and gave birth to 5 kittens. Now that her kittens are adopted, she is looking for a home of her own!

What My Foster Says About Me: Maple is a very friendly and social cat! She has an adorable "coo" and loves to be pet. 

Maple defies any negative conceptions one could have of cats. She uses her designated scratching posts, has no litter box accidents, is incredibly social and loves her humans. She can be a bit shy at first but that goes away very quickly after she’s got the lay of her new kingdom. 
 

Her favorite pastimes include: getting picked up because after all she’s royalty, playing with boxes and her little felt ball, hide and seek, and snoozing under the bed during the day. The only difficulty this princess has is taking her medicine— but who doesn’t :)
