She picked, peeled (with help from Paul), and sliced the apples, then cooked them with just the right spices to make the perfect apple pie filling. Next, she canned the filling so it will be just as fresh all winter long as it was the day the apples were picked. So delicious! The apple pie filling can also be spooned over ice cream, used in an apple cobbler, or mixed with oatmeal for a perfect breakfast.
