Here is another one of Guy's beautiful creations in wood.

This segmented salad bowl was made from maple and cherry. Notice the different layers of wood and the intricate spacing in the pattern. The bowl was constructed by piecing and gluing together slices of the two types of wood and then turning them on a lathe. The resultant bowl is exquisite!

The bowl measures 8.5 inches in diameter and 4.25 inches high.
