Description

Here is a piece of Boxborough church history! On the lid of this round wooden box is a painting of UCCB that was done before the year 2000, when the new sanctuary wing was added. This painting shows the historical church building, the core of which dates to 1833. Note the four Gospel points, a New England tradition, on the church in lieu of a steeple. The painting was done by Norman Royle, a long-term member of the church, and he signed this lovely box, too.

The wooden box is 5 inches in diameter, just perfect for display or for holding small treasures.
