Roots: Blossom Hill Recipes & Journeys is a cookbook with over 90 recipes from children and youth in our programs, as well as the Fellows implementing them, a few celebrity chefs, and staff. They also include stories of their journeys to new countries where they resettled after fleeing war. Many of the recipes are specialties from the Middle East.
