What do I get for my certificate? Your group, of up to 12 guests, will be guided through 8 boutique wines. You will learn the different characteristics of each wine as well as talk about food pairing.

Tasting sheet will be provided to each guest so that they can score each wine as well as take any notes about what they are tasting. The scoring is optional, but most people do find it helpful if they find a wine they particularly enjoy. The tasting lasts about 90 minutes.

All the wines you will sample will be exclusive small-batch, boutique wines carried. There are no unnecessarily added chemicals, preservatives, or sugars in our wines, and you will not be able to find the wines in restaurants, stores, or online. Most of these wines are in very limited supply (less than 1500-2000 cases per year).
