Wholehearted Sleep is Holistic Sleep Coaching service that was founded in 2021 by two local mothers and Occupational Therapists. They utilize a holistic, intuitive and attachment-focused approach to infant and toddler sleep, offering an alternative for families who do not want to implement traditional sleep training methods.
This one-time call is a great option for families who have a few questions, need to make a few tweaks to specific aspects of their child's sleep, want reassurance, and/or need a little guidance and suggestions but don’t need any follow-up support. What you get with this option:
Thorough review of Comprehensive Intake Form, including analysis of 3-day food and sleep log
One 60-minute call via phone or zoom
Written Summary of our call and recommendations, resources and handouts pertinent to your child's specific sleep challenge
Individualized Sleep Strategies
Option for additional add-on support packages if needed
