A Night of Spice!
Dreaming of a chicken curry? Hot puris? A cold mango lassi?
Take your cooking to the next level with an evening of Indian cooking with Preeti. Learn about the spices, sip on a mango lassi, and make some of the most popular food from Asia.
This immersion cooking class will take place on Thursday, May 18th at 5:30pm at Preeti's house. You will learn how to make puris (popular fried Indian bread), chicken curry, chick pea curry (also known as chole), and saag paneer (spinach curry with paneer).
Space is limited to seven guests. Adults only. Class will last 3-4 hours.
Cost: $75/person.
