The library nook includes an assortment of nature-inspired literature, a Green Craft Kids box exploring nocturnal animals, and an adorable reptilian Squishmallow. Don't let this one get away!
Mrs. Maeder's class came together to create the centerpiece of this project - a hand-crafted children's rocking chair. The students repurposed a children's rocking chair with paint and turned their thumbprints into adorable insects. Super cute! Your child will love this rocking chair and library nook! Don't have much room? No need to fret, the rocking chair takes up minimal space and also makes a wonderful gift.
The chair is constructed of solid wood and repurposed with love. It has been hand-painted with Behr paint and the thumbprints applied with acrylic. The class collected outdoor-themed books and goodies to make this Rocking and Reading Library Nook.
